I love reading and I think authors don’t get the credit they so richly deserve. In this vein, I would like to feature an author every Wednesday on the blog. There won’t be interviews (but I have come up with about 5 standard questions to ask each author), just a compilation of the author’s work, probably a little blurb of their most recent book and pictures of their current book covers.
If you’re an author and would like to be profiled as the “Author of the Week” on the blog please email me at jessewave@gmail.com. If you’re a reader and would like your favourite author featured on the blog all you have to do is send an email. I know how difficult it is for authors to get any sort of publicity for their books and for most of them marketing is unexplored territory and not something they really care to do, but it’s a necessary evil.
So, authors here is your opportunity for some free publicity (OK my blog doesn’t have a large reader base but it does have a few loyal readers ) and readers, here’s your chance to profile your favourite author.
