Preditors and Editors Readers Poll Nomination for reviews by jessewave

Hi Guys

Josephine Myles emailed me today to advise that this site has been nominated as Best Review Site (along with many other very deserving sites) in the Preditors and Editors Readers Poll. I had no idea because I don’t follow award nominations. Thanks for letting me know Jo. 🙂

Since any award for the site honours the guest reviewers and everyone else who is associated with us I would ask you, if you feel so inclined, to vote for us (and that includes all of your lurkers) lol.

Wave, I voted, too. It looks as though you may have been nominated twice. The site is listed one time as jessewave and another time as reviews by jessewave. The links for both names bring a potential voter here to the site.

    Wave, they had a place to report errors, and duplicate names was one of the possible mistakes. I submitted the double name. Good luck- it is exciting!

        No Marilyn, that’s really not a threat to me. But I’d be curious as to what Wave thinks Ethan can do to convince me to vote. I think it might be in my best interests to hold out and see! 🙂

As of right now, the site standing are tied for 4th and 5th. Wonder if it would be first if they added those two together…sigh.

  That’s what I’m thinking. If the two sites separately are so highly placed maybe one site could be 2nd. I wrote them again to point out the error but so far they haven’t fixed it.

    It said down at the bottom, that most errors would not be changed until poll closed, and only then if it affected the outcome. I would certainly think this does.

      I noticed that, but it’s silly – they have a week to make corrections so I don’t understand what the problem is, however it’s their show. I’m very happy that at least we’re making a decent showing with the help of everyone here.

        I just heard from my friend, that if they change the poll while it is going on, it will tank it. So that is why they change when it’s closed. Learn something new every day, even at my advanced years. LOL

  Thank you but it’s not me it’s the site, which includes you. lol. They still have not merged jessewave and reviews by jessewave so I will never know where we ended up, unless we come in first but that’s a very long shot.
