G’day y’all and I have some wonderful news! In an effort to thumb our noses at the adage “so many books, so few reviewers” (and I am sure that is the saying 🙂 ), Wave and I are thrilled to announce that we’ve convinced another great reader to come on board this lunatic ship as a reviewer. This person is our own regular, LadyM! Here’s what she has said about herself:
I started “reviewing” even before I’ve learned the entire alphabet, which led to some interesting discussions with my father during my first grade. He tried to convince me that some words just weren’t there and I tried to explain him how the school texts would be boring without them.
I am a cat person, although I don’t have any (I’m waiting for that special Chartreux). I’m starved for good movies, my second passion. I’ll never, ever refuse chocolate in any shape or form. I’ll read anything as long as it’s good, but I prefer mystery, sci-fi and fantasy. Orwell’s 1984 still scares me, I can read Bulgakov’s The Master and Margarita every day and never get bored and when I want to go far, far away from the real life — there’s always The Lord of the Rings.
We’ve seen what she can do and hope that you all will welcome her with open arms and a smile. Look for LadyM’s first review soon.

Yay, thank goodness my blackberry allowed me to visit home page of the site. Welcome, welcome and I grew up with Master and Margarita being one of most beloved books and I just love Bulgakov’s writing.

Manifold’s LJ site says they’re working out a deal with Rainbow eBooks. I hate Paypal as well, so this is great news.
I actually have it, I read it once — all 600+ pages — and for a few reasons, I haven’t done the review yet. And yes, it is daunting! If another reviewer is dying to do it, just let me know and I’ll hand it over. 🙂 If not, I’ll do it for my next review sometime in early May.
