I wanted to like this…I really did. I should have loved it. Best friends to lovers trope and throw in hot cowboys on top of that? HELL YEAH!

It starts off so hot and awesome when Lucas and Jason, who have been best friends and roping partners for five years have a night of passion. But it quickly unravels and pushed my rage buttons not only with MISCOMMUNICATION but it threw in completely unnecessary angst on top of that.

For those who don’t mind miscommunication, etc. you will probably not have the same problems I had and might enjoy this steamy little tale with it’s sweet HEA.

Just on a totally personal opinion level – it was not my jam.
