When lonely bookshop owner Jimmy Sommers realizes that he’s in love with his best friend, Pete, he decides he’ll do anything to get the handsome doctor’s love in return. Jimmy gets in touch with a Stevie Nicks loving gypsy named Sonia, and together they summon up a demon from the pits of Hell to put Jimmy’s love life in order. What could possibly go wrong?

The Dotted Line by Nick Pageant is a fun and dirty paranormal romance. We have shy Jimmy who falls fast in love with Dr. Pete after the two meet after Jimmy’s visit to the ER.

This is a shorty, so I won’t go deep into the plot and this is one that:

1. I wouldn’t even know where to begin trying to explain it. LOL
2. You just have to experience it first hand.

What I can tell you is that this book is a riot.

*It has a great cast of characters.
*Fast paced.
*The steam is dirty. *wink, wink*
*And at the end you’ll be left happy from just having a great time reading it.

If you’re looking for an out of the norm rom-com then give this one a go!

I also recommend his previous books: Beauty and the Bookworm and Boo!. This was a 4.3 Laugh Out Loud Stars!

I'm a thirty-something Colombian mother of two. My favorite pastime is to get lost in a book. I'm more of a fluffy romance reader- though I do love an angsty read. I don't often read Mystery/Suspense nor dark stories. I also NEVER knowingly read stories that don't end in an HEA or at least HFN. I LOATHE cliffhangers with a passion and not a huge fan of stories with cheating, but it's not a deal breaker. My favorite tropes are: -Best friends to lovers -May/December -Hurt/comfort/healing -Opposites attract -Humor (as long as it's not slapstick type comedy) My favorites authors are: -Lane Hayes -Santino Hassell -Kade Boehme -TJ Klune -Heidi Cullinan -NR Walker -Eli Easton -Amy Lane -Keira Andrews -Nick Pageant -Annabeth Albert -Jay Northcote -Riley Hart/Nyrae Dawn -Melanie Hansen Some of my all time favorites stories are: -The Five Boroughs Series by Santino Hassell -Carry the Ocean by Heidi Cullinan -BOATK Series by TJ Klune (anything he writes actually) -Let's Hear It For The Boy by TA Webb -A Kind of Truth by Lane Hayes -Strong Signal by Santino Hassell & Megan Erickson -Superhero by Eli Easton NetGalley Member since 2015 2016 NetGalley Challenge 80% Professional Reader 2015 Challenge Participant
