“Love’s Opening Night” is a short little gem of a story with a Broadway theater setting, giving readers a behind-the-scenes glimpse as theater veteran Jeremy helps TV star Ty Beaumont learn choreography for a musical number in their show Love Crossings. Sparks fly between the two men and Jeremy wonders if they will have a “showmance” or a full-out romance.
This was really an enjoyable read. It’s an interesting story about two nice down-to-earth guys who are attracted to one another, without any huge misunderstanding, angst-ridden backstory or bizarre situations. Jeremy and Ty have sizzle (there are no explicit sex scenes) and I loved the sweet ending that feels like the start of something wonderful for Ty and Jeremy.
If you enjoy musicals and theater, give Love’s Opening Night a read. This was my first Jeff Adams book — I liked his writing style and look forward to reading more of his work.
