I was so excited to see there would be a third book in the Timing Series. The first two books made my alpha loving heart happy. This one- eh. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t bad- it just wasn’t what I was expecting. Why? Well, when I read a romance I enjoy getting to know the characters not only individually but also as a couple. We didn’t get too much of that here. This book is primarily about Glenn. Which isn’t a bad thing. Mary Calmes did a great job developing his character , and it great for Glenn his happy ending. But to successfully grow Glenn’s character and give him his HEA in 107 pages the romance took a back seat. I would’ve liked to get to know Mac better and to get to know them as a couple at a slower pace. It felt very insta-lovish, and that didn’t work for me too much.

Would I still recommend it? Yes, especially if you’re a fan of the series. Plus, I’m sure the aspects that didn’t work for me are a none issue for many. 🙂

Can it be read out of order? I think the first two should be read first, and they’re great so don’t miss out on them.
